All lifters experienced it: pull-up bars aren’t sufficiently grippy - most of them! The result? During the first reps you focus on grip instead of your target muscle, thus neglecting your mind-muscle-connection. Finally, your forearms will be maxed out during the following last reps before your target muscle.
